I was born with an entrepreneurial spirit, determined at a young age to become my own boss and create a life I was proud of. Although I grew up in a middle-class family, I was surrounded by affluent businessmen, which fueled my fire to do something big in the world and leave a legacy for my children and the generations to follow.

The summer before my senior year in highschool, I was selected as 1 of 64 players in the country to participate in the USA Junior Olympic Festival. I competed with players such as Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod), Paul Konerko, J.D. Drew, Mark Teixeira and many other MLB players. I received a baseball scholarship to attend college, capturing ACC Player of The Week Honors. After graduating from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business as a Finance Major, I took my competitive nature, drive to succeed, and never-quit mentality into business.

Fresh out of college, I went to work on Wall Street. I was hustling non-stop and quickly realized that was not the vision I had for a successful life. I created my first business a few years later, consulting for companies and making really good money. But again, this wasn’t the success I’d envisioned and I knew there had to be more.

In 2008, I decided to give running my own business another shot but first, I had to let go of the old stories holding me back. I accepted that I didn’t have to do it all on my own and focused on playing to my strengths while delegating where I fell short. I didn’t know tech. I didn’t know design. But I knew people! Where I once believed making money was supposed to be hard, I now understood that building a team is the key to flow and ease. My first year in business I generated over 7 figures and I’ve been scaling up ever since.

I have over 17 years of experience in the Affiliate Marketing industry. As the CEO & Founder of Universal Marketing Partners, I lead our revenue growth strategy and business intelligence. We’ve generated more than 8 figures in revenue, on target to exceed the 9 figure mark by the end of 2019.

In April 2019, after making a conscious decision to build a coaching program, I joined Russell Brunson’s Inner Circle with a goal to share my online secrets with the world. The most rewarding part of my work is teaching others the methods I’ve used to earn money online. I believe that Affiliate Marketing is THE untold secret in the online world, and I’m determined to change that.

While making money is a bonus to running a successful business, it’s really about PEOPLE and relationships, which is the foundation of all that I teach.

Without relationships, integrity and transparency, we have nothing, which is why I’m so committed to showing up for my students and ensuring they remember to enjoy the journey along the way. It’s easy to get lost in the hustle. Learning how to balance all aspects of life, though, is key and encouraged in my programs.

I’m driven by being part of others success and I feel fortunate to have found a way to earn a comfortable living with a lifestyle intentionally created that allows me to be present with my family. My goal is for my students to experience that same kind of freedom.
